Sale document of Mirza Asad Allah, on behalf of his sister, with Ibrahim Khan, 1876
Mirza Asad Allah Khan, son of Mirza Hasan Khan, with the power of attorney from his sister, sells some properties to Ibrahim Khan Sartip [brigadier] in exchange for one thousand and two hundred tumans and a detriment fee of one hundred dinars and some wheat. The properties were part of her mahr from her late husband, Mirza Husaynkhan from Bam, son of the late ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan.

Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1891
According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Here, in the first document, in 1891, a condition is added that whenever ‘Ali Asghar’s child from his temporary wife reaches adulthood, Khadijah Khanum pays her/him forty tumans. Sale document of Bibi Maryam, younger daughter of Mirza ‘Ali Riza, with her husband, Mirza Muhammad Khan (son of ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan) over one-sixth of Jazan-i Khass farm, located in Rigan, for one hundred seventy-five tumans, dated August 22, 1869; a pulley and four well-diggers are part of this transaction. On verso, on August 23, 1869, Mirza Muhammad Khan sells the mentioned property to Ibrahim Khan Sarhang [colonel] for two hundred tumans.
